The manufacturer guarantees free elimination of hidden manufacturing defects of the furniture product during the warranty period, subject to the operating rules.

The warranty period is calculated as follows:

if the product does not require assembly - from the date of delivery of the product to the consumer;

if the product requires assembly - from the date of assembly, but no later than 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, while the actual connection of the lighting elements to the electrical wiring does not affect the beginning of the warranty period.

If the date of delivery or assembly cannot be determined, the warranty periods are calculated from the date of manufacture. The service life of the furniture product for non-commercial use is 10 years.

The warranty period for cabinet furniture, bed frames and internal fittings is 24 months.

The warranty for mattresses, soft elements, including soft elements of beds is 24 months from the date of sale to a retail buyer.

The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear*, mechanical, chemical, thermal damage, or defects resulting from violation of furniture operating rules.

* natural wear and tear of furniture means a decrease in the functionality of its mechanisms and a deterioration in appearance as a result of both natural physical aging and the influence of external adverse factors (e.g., abrasion of plastic or metal of the working surfaces of mechanisms, abrasion of the decorative coating of the working surface of the tabletop, fading of decorative surfaces under the influence of direct sunlight, etc.

 

The warranty does not apply to:

products used for other than their intended purpose;

products subject to design changes;

lighting elements (lamps, LEDs, switches, electronic transformers, etc.);

damage resulting from improper assembly and installation;

damage caused by foreign objects, animals, insects, etc. getting inside the product;

damage caused by moisture or liquids getting on the product;

damage caused by thermal or chemical exposure;

mechanical damage that occurred after the product was handed over to the buyer;

damage caused by exceeding permissible loads;

defects, damage caused by violation of operating rules, as well as damage resulting from intentional or erroneous actions of the consumer (operational defects);

changes in color and (or) density of the pattern (on the facade with the pattern) as a result of mechanical or chemical exposure;

for damage caused by force majeure;

for subjective perception of color, smell and possible allergic reactions;

for damage to the mattress covering and soft bed elements, including stains of paint, grease, blood, other substances, burnt holes;

for metal frames of mattress frames and soft bed elements, deformed as a result of bending (pressure) during carrying or transportation;

for general deformation of the mattress structure caused by the use of a low-quality (uneven) base (including placement on sofas, in armored mesh), as well as excessive mechanical loads (jumping, walking, bending the mattress, significantly exceeding the recommended load per sleeping place, etc.);

indentations on the surface of the mattress less than 30 mm deep, formed in places of contact with the body, which is a normal running-in of the mattress;

for the sanitary condition of the product after the product is transferred to the buyer;

for the product not meeting the buyer's personal expectations of comfort, beauty, functionality, etc.

In non-warranty cases, service maintenance and elimination of operational defects is performed on a paid basis within the technical capabilities of the manufacturer at the expense of the buyer (retail consumer) at the manufacturer's prices in effect on the date of service.

The following furniture features are not considered defects and are permitted by the manufacturer's technical documentation:

variable swelling of facade finishes within one color, as well as a difference in the intensity of patination from the exhibition sample (photographs in the catalog) in products whose facades are finished using the manual patination method.

variable swelling up to the difference in color tones between parts (parts of one part) with a paint and varnish coating and laminated parts in one product;

absence of a protective and decorative coating on invisible surfaces, as well as on the internal visible surfaces of some products (parts of the product);

protective and decorative paint coating on visible surfaces of non-laminated parts of facades;

lining of cornices, bases only from the outer (visible during installation) side;

lining of facades and product bodies with coatings that differ in texture, quality, color or shade within the same color;

lining of drawer bodies with coatings that differ in coating texture, color, from the main color of the product;

lining of the back walls, product floors only on one visible side with coatings that differ in texture, quality, color or shade within the same color from the product itself;

creaking of the product during its use;

natural deflection of shelves under long-term load;

the height of the mattress can vary within 15 mm, which complies with GOST 19917-2014 "Furniture for sitting and lying";

some surfaces can have a specific harmless odor that disappears over time.

The furniture complies with GOST 16371-2014 and GOST 19917-2014. The furniture does not belong to the hypoallergenic class!

The manufacturer has the right to make changes to the design, construction, and assembly of products, including fittings, improving their consumer properties, without prior notice.

Return:

In accordance with the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" - the consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before their transfer, and after the transfer of the goods - within 7 days.

The return of goods of proper quality is possible if their presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved.

The consumer does not have the right to refuse goods of proper quality, having individually defined properties, if the specified goods can be used exclusively by the consumer who purchases them.

In this case, we will refund your money minus the cost of delivery, or exchange the furniture for another product.

Reminder! A mandatory condition for return is the integrity of the packaging and preservation of the presentation of the furniture, as well as the availability of documents confirming the purchase.

The refund of transferred funds is made to your bank account within 5-30 business days (the period depends on the bank that issued your bank card).

Please note that in accordance with the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the list of goods that cannot be exchanged on the grounds specified in this article is approved by the Government. According to the List of non-food products of proper quality that cannot be returned or exchanged for a similar product of a different size, shape, dimensions, style, color or configuration, approved by Government Resolution , the following cannot be returned or exchanged: Household furniture (furniture sets and kits).
